These terms apply to the Telli iPhone app. By using Telli you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
General guidance, not a manual
Telli gives general guidance for Jetour T1 and T2 owners in South Africa. It is not the owner’s manual and does not replace it, your service book or your dealer. Cars differ by model year, trim, software and market, and some facts are marked “Check on your car” because we have not yet confirmed them. Always follow your owner’s manual and dealer where they differ from Telli.
Safety
Do not use the app while driving. If a warning light worries you, stop safely and contact your dealer or roadside assistance. In an emergency, call 112 from a mobile phone. Telli’s emergency numbers are provided for convenience; check them before you rely on them.
Ask Telli
Ask Telli answers from Telli’s guides using AI on your iPhone. Answers can be incomplete or wrong; check the linked guide and your manual before acting on one.
Independent
Telli is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Jetour or any car manufacturer. Car and model names are used only to say which cars Telli is written for. All text and drawings in Telli are our own.
Purchases
Telli is free to download. Telli Pro is offered as a 7-day free trial and then as a once-off in-app purchase (R299.99 in South Africa). Nothing is charged automatically and there is no subscription. Purchases are made through Apple and are covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) and the App Store terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Telli is provided “as is” and we are not liable for loss or damage from relying on it instead of your manual, service book or dealer. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Your privacy is covered by our privacy policy.
