Before your service

  1. Note your kilometres and the date of the last service.
  2. List anything odd: noises, warning lights, software glitches.
  3. Ask what work is covered by the service plan, and what is not.
  4. Ask whether a software update is due and what it changes.
  5. Keep the job card. It is your service history.

Telli Pro has a full “What to ask at your service” guide. The free app keeps a service countdown and log.

Questions owners ask

How often does a Jetour T2 need a service?

Every 15,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, according to the service book for South African cars. The first service follows the same interval.

How much leeway is there on a Jetour service?

1,500 km or 30 days before or after the due service. Stay inside it to protect your warranty.

What warranty does a Jetour T2 have in South Africa?

Jetour South Africa publishes a 7-year or 200,000 km vehicle warranty, a 7-year or 75,000 km service plan, and a 10-year or 1,000,000 km engine warranty for the first owner. Check your own documents, as terms can change.

What oil does the Jetour T2 take?

We have not confirmed this on a South African car yet, so we do not publish it. Check your service book or ask your dealer.
