Powered seats learn where their travel starts and ends. If the seat stops moving, ignores your memory position or stops short, it may have lost that learned range. Teaching it again often fixes it.
- Park safely, handbrake on, and make sure nothing is behind or under the seat.
- Hold the seat control to move the seat fully forward until it stops, and keep holding for a few seconds.
- Do the same fully back. Repeat for height and backrest if those are also stuck.
- Set your position again and re-save your memory button.
Tip. If it still fails after this, or it happens again, ask your dealer whether a software update covers seat memory.
If unsure, stop safely and contact your dealer.
